STREET ART TOURS

PSAA’s tour program is one of a kind! Join us for interpretive Experience Tours, exploring some of Portland's best street art! During our tours, PSAA directors speak about the city's rich history of murals and street art, active community art projects, and a range of topics related to street art, graffiti, and the politics of public space.

PSAA offers a variety of private group tours to meet your preferences. We’ve led custom walking, biking, driving, and pedicab tours for public art events, corporations, media, academics, school groups, visiting conference groups, and more. Tours are a great way to get out and explore the city, all while building team connections and bonding experiences!

PSAA Board Member Hunter Shobe providing a private tour for legendary graffiti photographer, Martha Cooper.

Most summers, PSAA offers at least one or two free public mural bicycle tour in partnership, local partners such as the Central Eastside Industrial Council & Pedalpalooza.

We encourage people to book private group tours whenever possible. Gather together your colleagues, friends and family and make an event out of it!

PSAA also periodically offers public experience tours, via Airbnb.

Non-Profit and Youth Tours

Most of our non-profit and youth tours focus on exploring and learning about the Taylor Electric Project site at the Electric Blocks.

Muralist Campographic providing a youth summer camp tour with a spray painting demonstration.

For older students or those looking for a more in-depth tour, PSAA offers 3-4 hour tours. These extended tours continue through the Central Eastside Mural District visiting PSAA’s Viaduct Arts bridge column initiative, the Belmont/Morrison viaduct murals, several of PSAA’s Community Art Projects, Burnside Skatepark, and more!

We recognize standard pricing isn’t accessible for everyone, especially educators. Therefore we offer discounted tours for school groups, youth groups, and other local non-profits.
